Description We’re searching for a skilled Orthodontic Assistant who’s ready to take ownership of their role in a fast-paced, tech-driven practice. You know the flow, anticipate needs, and work with precision — and we value that. Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver smooth, efficient chairside assistance across all orthodontic procedures Anticipate the doctor’s needs and have treatment setups ready before they walk in Take accurate x-rays and complete digital iTero scans in under 7 minutes Handle impressions, model pouring, and basic lab work — including trimming retainers Log and track lab cases via Easy RX, ensuring everything is ready and organized Write detailed and timely clinical notes in WAVE Manage sterilization and keep all treatment areas clean and OSHA-compliant Educate patients on what to expect during and after treatment Take initiative with inventory, room setup, and supply ordering Work independently with patients when needed and support the team where it counts What Sets This Role Apart: Use your experience to lead and streamline clinical flow Work in a supportive team that values your expertise Opportunity to expand into advanced responsibilities or mentorship Be part of a modern office using the latest digital systems
