Dental / Orthodontic Assistant - Seeking a talented, outgoing and self-motivated individual to add to our dynamic team. Our chair side assistant will perform a variety tasks and duties including, but not limited to:

• Assisting with front office duties
• Communication with patients regarding treatment and oral hygiene
• Charting of patient information
• Taking digital radiographs
• Taking alginate impressions
• Performing orthodontic adjustments
• Preparing teeth for bonding and debonding
• Proficient in the placement and removal of appliances
• Sterilizing instruments and operatories
• Encouraging, educating, and motivating patients to follow the recommendations of the Doctor
• Inventory control
• Managing a fast-paced patient schedule

Qualifications

• Prior experience as in the dental or orthodontic field is desired but not required
