OrthoSelect, a pioneer in orthodontic software, lab, and medical device manufacturing, is seeking a talented and experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Located in American Fork, Utah we are at the forefront of developing software and clinical solutions that revolutionize the orthodontic process with cutting-edge technology and training. Our flagship product, DIBS AI, is the world’s largest digital indirect bonding system for precision orthodontic bracket placement. Precise bracket placement maximizes doctor efficiency and shortens patient treatment time.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthodontic Assistant with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the orthodontic field. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to orthodontic offices to provide comprehensive training on the effective integration and utilization of DIBS AI. This training will encompass lectures, hands-on practical exercises, and live demonstrations.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Orthodontic Assistant.
• Excellent presentation skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or aptitude for training and educating others on new technologies.

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Represent DIBS AI: Professionally and ethically represent the DIBS AI brand and the company to new and existing customers and referring partners.
• Travel to orthodontic offices: Conduct on-site training sessions for orthodontic staff on the effective integration and utilization of DIBS AI.
• Deliver comprehensive training: Provide additional lectures, webinars, hands-on practical exercises, and live demonstrations to ensure thorough understanding of DIBS AI.
• Provide customer service following the training: Communicate with offices following the training to address any inquiries or concerns.
