Description Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Orthodontic Lab Technician to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the clinical team by fabricating high-quality orthodontic appliances with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate orthodontic appliances such as retainers, aligners, study models, and other custom devices. Pour impressions and prepare digital/physical models. Trim, polish, and finish appliances to practice standards. Follow prescribed specifications and appliance designs provided by the doctor. Maintain and organize lab equipment, supplies, and workspaces. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely turnaround for appliances. Ensure accuracy and quality control on all appliances before delivery. Perform repairs or adjustments to existing appliances as needed. Follow all sterilization and lab safety protocols. Qualifications: Previous orthodontic or dental lab experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and appliance prescriptions. Comfortable working with lab tools, materials, and digital systems. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Personal Attributes: Reliable, consistent, and quality-driven. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
