We’re looking for an administrator to work 4-5 days per week in our Vaughan location. The qualities we hold in highest regard are ambition, great people skills and above all a solid work ethic. Computer skills also a must (we are fully digital). Dental assisting certification and prior orthodontic and/or dental experience are also a tremendous advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming new patients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach.
  • Managing the daily appointment schedule including patient check-in and check-out
  • Reviewing health history with the patient and/or guardian.
  • Determining the patient and parents’ chief concerns and their goals of orthodontic
  • Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
