The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Orthodontic Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Maximize sales coverage of customers (orthodontists) and portfolio Value proposes to ortho Specialists with orthodontic products Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Conduct product presentations and organize clinic seminars Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Education, Clinical Specialists, Application Engineer, Customer service etc.) You’ll be provided with: Access to comprehensive training programs and product education Contribute to improving patient care through long-term customer engagement Opportunity to grow in the expanding orthodontic market in addition to other healthcare industries Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience to end users (Preferably in the medical device industry) Proven track record of sales success (Achievement of annual sales targets, new customer acquisition, campaign execution, etc.) Valid driver’s license Business-level Japanese proficiency Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems). Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Knowledge or experience in orthodontic products Work location: Tokyo/ Osaka/Nagoya/Kyusyu · Hybrid (Onsite and Remote): Eligible Travel: May include up to 20% domestic Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
