Join us – be a Hero!   Outcome of the Role We are currently seeking a Orthodontics Treatment Coordinator to establish a parent/patient relationship for proper communication regarding recommended treatment plans. This position will report to the Operations Manager.   This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.   Pay range: $21-$28/hr   Job Responsibilities * Facilitate financial discussions with delinquent accounts * Achieve patient conversion results * Assist with phone calls and patient check-out * Understand, monitor, and ensure the smooth implementation of office processes, including but not limited to, scheduling, patient flow, and insurance verification * Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. * Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Job Qualifications * Previous sales experience desired * Previous experience in a dental practice a plus * Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time * Knowledge of various insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations  * Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor * Preferred knowledge of Dolphin Database, eCW, Google Docs, scanning functions, and Office, Word, and Excel * Bilingual a plus In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
