Description Orthodontic / Dental Treatment Coordinator Full-Time | $22-26/hour + Bonus Locations: Lake Mary & DeBary We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience. What You’ll Do Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently Explain fees, payment plans, financing options, and insurance benefits Coordinate with orthodontists, orthodontic assistants, and front desk team Support production goals and patient retention Benefits & Perks Bonus Potential – up to $1,000.00 a month Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Company-paid STD/LTD 401(k) with up to 4% company match Requirements What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred) Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations) Southern Orthodontics Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
