Job Summary As an Orthodontist at SearchPlus HR, you will be central to diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental issues related to misalignment and other orthodontic concerns. You will create tailored treatment plans and use various orthodontic devices to achieve optimal patient results. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments and diagnostics of patients’ dental and facial structures Design and implement individualized treatment plans for orthodontic care Utilize a variety of orthodontic appliances, including braces, retainers, and aligners Monitor treatment progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful outcomes Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and oral care Collaborate effectively with dental team members and other specialists Stay current with advancements in the orthodontic field to enhance practice Degree in Dentistry (DDS or DMD) and completion of an accredited orthodontic residency Valid orthodontic license to practice Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthodontics preferred Proficient in the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases effectively Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in orthodontics Benefits: Teaching opportunities available with the potential to do research Competitive salary and benefits offered including productivity bonuses, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage Compensation range from 35000AED to 75000AED per month (additional bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits discussed during the selection of candidate) Health System provides a salary range to comply with the UAE Labor Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need The salary range listed is for full-time employment Our Multispeciality hospitals are fundamentally committed to the diversity of our faculty and staff.
