Lakewood Dental is a modern, mixed practice (70% private) looking for a Specialist Orthodontist to join us on an ad hoc/part-time basis to launch and grow our children’s orthodontic services due to strong local demand. We are a top rated practice with forward thinking principals, a great internal culture, focussed on patient journey, TCO model in place. We do not skimp out when it comes to materials, our focus is in providing high quality dentistry and creating a positive experience for patients. Majority of our patient base is through word of mouth.
We are now planning a marketing campaign focused on private children’s orthodontics, as many families are seeking faster alternatives to NHS waiting lists. We have also built a repuation online for childrens orthodontics so want to expand to offer this service. Initially, this role will involve one-day clinics, with potential to increase as demand increases.
We offer a supportive team, digital workflows (including iTero) for children invisalign. Happy to provide an ortho nurse/therapist when there is an increase in demand.
