Description We are excited to announce that our new Lawrenceburg location is scheduled to open in Spring 2026! We are currently hiring for multiple positions, with training to take place at our Columbia, TN site. Team members will then transition to the new Lawrenceburg location once it opens. This position is a full-time, permanent clinical onsite position within Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance in Lawrenceburg, TN. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients and maintaining a friendly demeanor. Remove and apply casts and other appliances as required. Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment. Stock and maintain cast room and workspace. Triage cast patients with problems in absence of physician, if necessary. Maintain accurate and strict confidentiality of patient information in electronic and manual systems as established by the appropriate protocols, regulations, and policies Clean and sanitize exam rooms in between patient visits Basic tasks such as removing sutures and applying bandages Measure and apply patients with durable medical equipment (DMEs) Provide patient education and review home exercise programs Requirements Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills Benefits Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match with employee contribution and discretionary profit-sharing Paid Time Off (which increases with years of service) Paid Holidays TOA is an equal opportunity employer.
