Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our orthopedic clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with clinical procedures, and support the overall operations of the clinic. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide clinical care to patients in an orthopedic setting, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care. - Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and patient education. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Educate patients and their families about orthopedic conditions and treatment options. - Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
