Description We’re seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist for the Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Aspen Ridge Clinic in Frederick, MD who is curious about—or actively interested in—pelvic health and wants to expand their skills in a supportive outpatient setting. Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced clinician looking to specialize, we want to provide the mentorship, education, and financial support to help you earn pelvic health certification while continuing to practice orthopedics. We will support you with: Pelvic Health continuing education support (course reimbursement/allowance) Mentorship through a pelvic health interest group Gradual caseload transition as your pelvic health skills grow Dedicated 1:1 patient care with appropriate visit lengths A collaborative, low-ego team environment that values learning What You’ll Do Treat outpatient orthopedic patients with a focus on high-quality, evidence-based care Begin training in pelvic health through approved courses, mentorship, and observation Integrate pelvic health evaluations and treatments as skills and confidence develop Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes Build long-term relationships with patients in a practice that values continuity of care What We’re Looking For Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Licensed (or eligible) in Maryland Experience in outpatient orthopedics Genuine interest in learning pelvic health physical therapy Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset Desire for professional growth and long-term career development BLS certification (American Heart Association) Pelvic health experience is not required—curiosity, openness, and commitment to learning are.
