About the Role This is an outstanding opportunity to support orthopedic surgeons throughout the Keyser region while becoming a trusted clinical resource across a broad geographic territory. As an Orthopedic Sales Representative specializing in Extremities, Trauma & Orthobiologics, you'll provide technical expertise during surgical procedures, educate healthcare professionals on advanced Arthrex technologies, and build lasting partnerships with physicians and operating room teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of their territory, and becoming the trusted resource surgeons rely on for exceptional clinical support and innovative orthopedic solutions. What You'll Do Provide technical support during extremity, trauma, and orthobiologic surgical procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physician offices, hospitals, and surgery centers. Become an expert on the Arthrex Extremities, Trauma & Orthobiologics portfolio. Educate healthcare professionals on innovative products, surgical techniques, and technology. Coordinate surgical cases, inventory, and logistics to ensure exceptional customer support. Identify opportunities to expand business within existing and prospective accounts. Participate in surgeon education programs, cadaver labs, and professional development events. Continuously strengthen your clinical knowledge through ongoing education and training.
