Business Alliance HR is recruiting an Orthopedic Specialist/ Doctor for a Healthcare and Medical Services Center in Amman, Jordan. Job Summary: The Orthopedic Specialist is responsible for providing specialized medical care for patients experiencing back and spine pain through non-surgical treatments. This includes physical therapy, advanced injections, plasma therapy, and other modern techniques to ensure effective and safe treatment and improve the quality of life for patients. Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose patients using medical imaging and laboratory tests. Develop individualized treatment plans, including session schedules, and coordinate with medical and administrative teams. Monitor patient progress and encourage adherence to physical therapy programs. Advise patients on healthy lifestyles and exercises to support spinal health. Maintain precise patient records in compliance with medical privacy standards. Contribute to the development and improvement of medical protocols within the center. Requirements Jordanian Board Certification in Orthopedic Medicine is a MUST. Strong expertise in diagnosing bone and related injuries. Knowledge of non-surgical treatments. Ability to design integrated treatment programs in collaboration with other departments. Excellent communication skills with patients. Ability to work in a team spirit and cooperate with medical and administrative support. Empathy and the ability to build trust with patients. Willingness and ability to travel in Jordan, owning a car is a plus. Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience in the field of Orthopedic Medicine after obtaining the Jordanian Board Certificate. Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine and specialization in Orthopedic Medicine and Surgery. Location: Amman, Jordan. Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic and English.​
