Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery, with specialized expertise in extremities. This role involves providing high-quality patient care through both surgical and non-surgical treatments, while collaborating with our physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff. Key Responsibilities Perform orthopedic consultations and evaluations for patients with extremity conditions. Diagnose, plan, and perform surgical and non-surgical treatments. Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR system. Participate in quality assurance, compliance, and best practice initiatives. Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and referring providers. Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. Fellowship training in extremities preferred. Current, unrestricted Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain). Strong clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular business hours. Competitive compensation package based on experience.
