We are currently hiring for a OS&D Coordinator to join our team!
Position: OS&D Coordinator
Location: Etobicoke, ON M8W 1Z7 (Fully On-Site)
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process OS&D reports from carriers, partners, and customers.
Investigate discrepancies by gathering shipment details, bills of lading (BOLs), delivery receipts (PODs), and related documentation.
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to verify claims and arrange corrective actions.
Document and maintain accurate OS&D records in the Transportation Management System (Truckmate).
Coordinate freight recovery, reconsignment, or return arrangements with carriers and customers as required.
Work closely with operations to provide timely updates on claim status.
Identify recurring issues and support corrective actions to reduce OS&D occurrences.
Ensure all OS&D claims are resolved in compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recent OS&D experience (Overages, Shortages, & Damages).
Strong knowledge of transportation documentation such as BOLs, PODs, and carrier freight claims.
Experience using Truckmate required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and TMS platforms.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
