Our Outside School Hours Care service, Baldivis Gardens OSHClub, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 20 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You’ll work split shifts, supporting our Monday-Friday hours: 6:30am-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00pm-6:00pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays!

Responsibilities

Get ready for an exciting opportunity to co-manage a dynamic team of Educators, where you’ll experience the perfect blend of support and leadership growth! You’ll lead a vibrant before and after-school program at a primary school, guiding children aged 5-12 through fun and enriching activities. With the backing of a dedicated state-specific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly, you’ll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader. It’s your chance to make a real impact while being part of a supportive, high-energy team!

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
