WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Get creative: Design and deliver engaging programs that spark curiosity, creativity, and joy — backed by thoughtful observation and reflection
• Celebrate moments: Share children’s learning and achievements with their families in meaningful ways
• Champion child safety: Oversee attendance and bookings to ensure every child is safe and supported at all times
• Inspire your team: Guide and support educators so they feel confident and valued in their roles
• Build community: Strengthen partnerships with families and the school to create a strong, connected care environment
  This is a permanent full-time position; 38hrs per week. Term Time Only, 5 block shifts.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)
• Experience working in an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) setting — you understand the rhythm, energy, and unique needs of before and after school programs
• A current Child Protection Training Certificate
• Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
• A valid NSW Working With Children Chec
