Join us as an OSHClub Coordinator in beautiful Ballajura WA! This permanent, part-time role offers 32 hours per week, including 2 non-contact admin hours. You’ll work across split shifts to support our vibrant programs: Monday to Friday, 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play). It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, making a real difference in the lives of children!

Step into an exciting leadership role where you’ll guide a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. With dedicated support from a state-specific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly, you’ll be set up for success!

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—whatever sparks the kids’ imagination!
• Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team’s roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin.
