Job Details About your service: Extend OSHC at Wesley College Location: Prahran, VIC Position: Casual Hourly Rate: $43 to $45 Per Hour (inclusive of the WRP) + Super Role: Before School Care: 6:45 am to 8:45 am After School Care: 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm Vacation Care: Be apart of an exciting vacation care program! With up to 6 hour shifts Monday to Friday Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities. You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do! Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar. Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high. Mentor & Mobilise: Motivate your team by empowering them to lead with confidence and fostering a shared commitment to enriching every child’s experience. Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass. The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs. The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
