About the role Are you an educator who lights up when children grow, explore, and discover? Do you love building meaningful relationships—with children, families, and your team? We’re looking for a highly motivated OSHC Co-ordinator who is ready to shape an engaging, play-based school-aged care program. In this role you will: Lead and implement a dynamic, child-directed program that nurtures the holistic development of every child. Create a warm, safe, Christ-centred environment where children thrive. Build trusted relationships with families and the school community. Oversee enrolments, bookings, rostering, compliance requirements, and day-to-day administration. This is a full-time position, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. About you You have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or 50% towards completion. You have at least 1 year’s experience in a lead role in a centre You possess excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. You hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification. You have a current paid Working with Children’s Check. You have experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS and the EYLF. You’re confident in the use of technology. You’re highly motivated. You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith. We value our people—and we invest in them.
