Job Description Join us at Southern River, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, full time role offers 38 hours per week, including 5 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00-6:15pm (Stay and Play). About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. #junioradventuresgroup Qualifications A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
