Job Description
This role is what every Childcare Manager dreams of! This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service, lead a dedicated team, engage with the school community, and build key relationships with the school, families, and children with the support of your Regional Director.
A large service with an existing team of two Assistant Coordinators and a team of Educators, this service is designed for excellence. Licensed for 180 children, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program across our operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). We also operate full days during the school holidays (Holiday HQ program).

Leading your team, you will manage a large Outside School Hours Care service in the hours before and after school, caring for children aged 5-12 years. You’ll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week), structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.
