Job Title: PI System Support Engineer Industry: Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Manufacturing Role Overview We are seeking an experienced PI System Support Engineer to provide operational support for a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The engineer will be responsible for day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and periodic system reviews to ensure stable and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities Provide daily operational support for the PI System, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Investigate and resolve data flow, interface, and performance issues in a timely manner. Support users in resolving system-related operational issues and incidents. Perform periodic system health checks, maintenance reviews, and performance assessments. Support change management activities related to PI System configuration or enhancements. Coordinate with IT, Automation, and Operations teams to ensure system availability and reliability. Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with site SOPs and GxP requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting PI System in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience working in GMP-regulated environments is preferred. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
