EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced technical education (e.g., bachelor’s degree).
  • Typically, 20 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Extensive experience in intelligence collection, strategy development, and open-source intelligence analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in system engineering principles, including defining system performance requirements and optimizing system architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and develop innovative approaches to complex challenges.
  • Familiarity with OSINT tools and techniques, including expertise in using search engines, social media platforms, and specialized OSINT software.
  • Awareness of operational security (OPSEC) practices

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
  • Experience in developing requirements management methodologies and strategic decision-making approaches.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and certification requirements in relevant domains.

Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for an OSINT Systems Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office.
As a member of the team, you are an integral part of a global force supporting our Warfighters at a time of strategic competition. On this program, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage.

Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers.

  • Develop strategies and plans for the collection of publicly available information (PAI), commercially available information (CAI), and open-source intelligence (OSINT) products to address intelligence gaps, including identifying necessary innovative tools and methodologies.
  • Lead the development, evaluation, and implementation of PAI collection tools, metadata schema, and information discoverability processes.
  • Integrate intelligence data and produce open-source intelligence in response to Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) across various domains, providing research support for intelligence products.
  • Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities in planning, designing, and verifying highly complex lifecycle systems and solutions.
  • Evaluate customer/operational needs, define system performance requirements, and optimize system architecture for mission success.
  • Lead research efforts to develop new requirements management methodologies and strategic approaches for program and business decisions.
