About the Role We are looking for an experienced OSINT Trainer who knows how to turn intelligence into capability. This is a hybrid role that combines training delivery, content development, and real analytical work. You will be part of the InsAIghts Academy team, delivering training to international customers while working closely with our analysts and product teams on advanced intelligence technologies. Responsibilities Deliver OSINT training programs and advanced investigative methodologies to global customers Design, develop, and continuously improve training content, methodologies, and operational scenarios Translate complex investigative processes into clear, practical learning experiences Perform hands-on analytical work as part of the company’s intelligence team Research and evaluate new OSINT tools, technologies, and investigative approaches Leverage AI-based tools and integrate AI-driven methodologies to enhance OSINT investigations, training delivery, and content development Collaborate closely with product and analyst teams to align training with real operational needs Support learners throughout their training journey and ensure a high-quality learning experience Requirements Proven experience as an OSINT Analyst or Intelligence Analyst (military, law enforcement, or equivalent), with at least 3 years of experience Strong understanding of open-source investigations, digital environments, and intelligence methodologies Hands-on experience with a wide range of OSINT tools and platforms High level of English proficiency, written and verbal - mandatory Proven experience delivering training or presenting to an audience - mandatory Proven experience developing training content, courses, or certification programs - mandatory Arabic - advantage Experience working with law enforcement, government, or security organizations - advantage Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams Skills & Competencies Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex concepts Ability to incorporate AI tools into OSINT workflows while maintaining high analytical standards and critical thinking Ability to translate intelligence processes into clear, practical learning Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and lead a group Curiosity and passion for exploring new tools, technologies, and methodologies Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment High level of ownership, independence, and initiative
