We are currently looking for an OSP / Civil Designer(s) for our Calgary office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in OSP Design and CAD Drafting
• Knowledge of telecommunication network systems and utility design standards (Rogers/Telus)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation, Bluebeam and MS programs required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
• Keen attention to detail – Knowledge of URD telecom design is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience reading and comprehending construction plans and other design drawings from other utilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field OR minimum 3+ years industry-related experience
