-3+ years of experience
- Familiar with Block and building surveys
- Familiar with securing permission in written form from property ownership/management for the installation of new or the rearrangement of existing telecommunications facilities.
- Familiarity with OSP engineering and/or construction design in an urban environment.
- Presentation of right-of-way documentation on time.
- Negotiate in good faith for permission to place facilities on-site.
- Understanding of telecom infrastructure, both fiber and copper.
- Attend Condo and/or Co-op Board meetings, also work with Greenfield developers.
- Address and respond to phone inquiries and e-mail communication related to property surveys and securement.
-Familiar with ICGS review and design prints to issue to construction.
Familiar with Verizon systems (MMS, BDMS, Vbuild, and other OSP systems)
- Address Certificate of Insurance and Legal/Indemnification Requests.
- Utilize effective engineering principles to reduce overall build cost.
-Candidates should have a driver’s License and be able to utilize their vehicles for field surveys.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
