Company: TEKsystems Title: OSP Project Manager Site Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Type: Contract-to-Hire Compliance: Must be willing to consent to Drug & Background Contract Pay Rate: $50-65 per hour Target Salary after converting Full Time: Up to $150k Start Date: TBD in March TOP REQUIRED SKILLS 1) Must have 5-10+ years of experience with managing Telecom projects at a large-scale 2) Strong Background in OSP construction projects 3) Prior large-scale project experience within a data center is preferred Project Manager – Telecom / OSP We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to support Telecom and OSP integration at a large-scale data center construction build. This is an ideal role for someone with foundational project experience and a desire to grow within complex, high-impact environments. The Project Manager will assist in planning and coordinating Telecom and Outside Plant (OSP) scopes through the construction and commissioning phases of a large-scale data center build. This includes supporting the Site Superintendent in managing schedules, budgets, documentation, and facilitating communication between contractors while monitoring progress and compliance.
