Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for supporting and improving OSS applications? We’re looking for a skilled OSS 2nd Line Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll ensure the high availability of services, develop automation scripts, and optimize existing working methods.

• ️ Provide support and collaborate with software developers to enhance OSS applications.
• Ensure smooth transition of solutions from development to operational environments through validation, testing, and implementation.
• Operate and maintain high availability of services, regularly developing automation scripts.
• Implement changes and maintenance works on software solutions, writing implementation documents and changes to current configurations.
• Manage incidents, problems, and service requests, including implementing workarounds.
• Perform daily health-checks and continuously seek to improve existing platforms and services.
• Deliver technical support for OSS applications (2nd Line support), ensuring on-call availability.
• Identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Assist in building knowledge and skills throughout the team to continuously improve service to customers.
