Description
The Assurance domain is part of Digital Network & OSS. The purpose is to engineer and deliver Fault Management Systems. These tools enable the 1st Level and 2nd level operations to manage the network efficiently. Excellent knowledge of OSS systems, especially HPE TeMIP. Bachelor's degree or FP (Spain) in telecommunications field. At least 5 years professional experience in same or similar role. Good communication & teamwork skills, ideally in international environments. Project management skills. High level of english. It will be the working language. Experience working with Agile Scrum or Safe methodology. Deliver Fault Management solutions to effective monitor the network from our Network Operating Center Increase the automation capabilities and enable zero touch operations Define and deliver technical solutions that enable working cross different OSS platforms Analyse the business requirements of our internal customer in NOC Ensure reliable of the TeMIP system Define the platform roadmap Accountable for the engineering of the TeMIP FM systems and complex solutions across the European markets in line with business needs and the domain's and vertical's strategy.

Responsibilities
The OSS Engineer will deliver Fault Management solutions to effectively monitor the network from the Network Operating Center. They will also define and deliver technical solutions that enable cross-platform operations and ensure the reliability of the TeMIP system.
