Description
Your day to Day You will manage the portfolio of the projects run within the department based on either internal or external demand. Ensure the correct assignment of incoming Demand to the OSS Fulfilment engineering units. You will lead the OSS Fulfilment internal demand assessment meetings. Creation of OSS Fulfilment management summaries including the respective regular briefing meetings. You will coordinate, manage and report the budget planning across all markets for the department project budgets. Administering project demand in Pega, Jira, PPM and other tools. Administer OSS fulfilment internal accounts for these tools. Creation of dashboards and reports using these tools based on OSS fulfilment needs. You will assist the department mgmt. team in resource and capacity planning. You will assist the department teams in managing the procurement process. You will analyze project team performance and proposal of optimizing department internal performance You will manage the relation to the overarching organizational units managing demand and demand related tools in DNO. With these activities you will have a great impact on our business •You will be accountable for the project portfolio management •You will be accountable for the OSS Fulfilment related administration of demand tools •You will be accountable for setting up and leading project portfolio and demand management meetings •You will report for budget, resource capacity, resource usage and progress reports for the managed project portfolio With these skills you are a great candidate •You have engineering degree or equivalent •You have 5 years professional experience in telecommunication or IT •You have excellent communication skills in English (both verbally and written) •You have customer oriented and systematic way of working •You have the ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries •You have strong knowledge of project portfolio management •You have excellent knowledge of Demand and Project Mgmt tools like Jira, Confluence,… •You have basic ITIL, ETOM and project management techniques (e.g. Prince2) Sounds like the perfect job?
