SKILLS WE NEED

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbally and written)
• Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and change
• Knowledge of the OSS Solution Portfolio and OSS for Cable
• Excellent knowledge of protocols e.g. DHCP, TR-069, DOCSIS
• Strong knowledge of fulfilment architectures
• Knowledge on Cloud platforms
• Knowledge on Cloud technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
• Basic ITIL, ETOM and project management techniques (e.g. Prince2)

• Coordination of design, configuration, testing and deployment of systems for access and CPE provisioning for fixed, cable and fibre networks for consumer and enterprise products in line with business needs and domain strategy.
• Leads multinational working groups or project teams and coordinates execution of complex projects.
• Accountable for delivery quality by preparation and setup of test environments followed by planning and execution of acceptance, load&stress and regression tests.
• Analyzing and optimizing system performance together with the life cycle manager.
• Coordination of bug fixing, ticket tracking and quality reporting of the test objects.
• Engineering support (3rd level) for operational activities together with the system supplier
• Accountable for the integration and the configuration of access and CPE diagnosis systems in the lab and production environment
• Manages the entire project lifecycle, coordinates suppliers during the design, development and implementation phase in accordance to the Delivery Management Processs
• Accountable for planning and execution of acceptance and regression test
• Accountable for planning and supporting of building a new infrastructure in the local markets
