Incident recovery within SLA SW updates and Upgrades Acceptance test for newly introduced systems Investigate technical problems, troubleshoot systems that are in operation and if requested, participate in the remediation of systems in case of critical situations involving OSS nodes Manage and solve a network of multi-vendor OSS devices. OSS Node expansions, replacements & new plans. Handling third-party Cases with vendors. You will bring BSc. degree in computer science or Engineering, major in IT/ Communication or equivalent At least 5Years of validated experience in leading and motivating teams String skills in steering the team efforts via automations Ability to identify the weaknesses in the team and close such gaps String understanding for the Network Ops rules and processes Highly skilled in drafting OLS and WLA needed to improve the business figures Strong Hands-on experience in O&M for different OSS Systems (OSS RC, ENM, U2020 etc). Strong Hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting, upgrades for OSS RC & ENM

Responsibilities

The OSS Operations Engineer will be responsible for incident recovery within SLA, managing software updates, and conducting acceptance tests for new systems. They will also troubleshoot operational systems and manage multi-vendor OSS devices.
