Job Details Job Location: Main Campus - Edmond, OK 73034 Position Type: Staff Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly Job Category: OTRS Ineligible Position Overview: This is a part-time, temporary, hourly position at 29 hours per week, in October, November, and December. Role is responsible for ensuring that all grant observations comply with internal policies, grantor requirements, and applicable laws or regulations. This position monitors data gathering and works closely with program staff to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely grant implementation. The role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of grant-funded projects through documentation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement. Job Duties: Conduct quality reviews of data gathering to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify areas of risk or non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Work collaboratively with program teams to implement quality assurance protocols and improve processes. Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on quality standards and compliance requirements. Document procedures and findings to support transparency and accountability. Qualifications/Experience Required: General education or vocational training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to operate a typical motor vehicle. Qualifications/Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Good organizational skills. Excellent typing and computer skills. Work Conditions: This position involves conducting visual observations of oncoming traffic from outside the individual’s vehicle. Work will take place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM during the months of October, November, and December. The role requires the performance of work outdoors for extended periods in typical Oklahoma Fall weather.
