Quantum Sport Therapy is a leading provider of personalized sports therapy, health, and training programs in the Halifax Regional Municipality. POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Osteopath to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As an Osteopath at Quantum Sport Therapy, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their wellness and performance goals through manual therapy, movement integration, and collaborative care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans that align with clinic protocols and support long-term client outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Licensed Osteopath with current registration in Nova Scotia (or ability to become licensed).
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a comparable clinical or athletic setting.
  • Strong background in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and applied anatomy.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • A client-centered approach and ability to develop customized treatment plans.
  • Experience working with athletic populations is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive osteopathic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address each client’s needs and goals.
  • Provide 1:1 care using a range of manual therapy and movement-based techniques.
  • Collaborate with Quantum therapists and movement specialists to deliver integrated care for enhanced performance and recovery.
  • Participate in monthly interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity in client treatment and performance plans.
  • Support group sessions, athletic teams, or community-based events as needed, including workshops and high-performance initiatives.
  • Stay informed of client progress and communicate updates with the broader care team to ensure a unified approach to care.
