We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospital environments and home care. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care, pediatrics, and pain management, along with a strong understanding of medical terminology and data collection processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with pain management techniques and pediatric therapy is a plus.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and experience in a medical office environment.
• Experience with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence in patient care responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their therapeutic needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective communication.
• Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for documentation and data collection.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, self-care strategies, and available resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy.
