ERTO (Egis Road and Tunnel Operations) was established in Ireland in 2005 and is part of EGIS, we are dedicated to ensuring the efficient management and operational excellence of critical infrastructure projects, in Ireland we operate and maintain over 470km of our motorway as well as the Dublin Tunnel, Jack Lynch Tunnel and Limerick Tunnel. ERTO serves as the contractor, responsible for delivering comprehensive services including routine and preventive maintenance, asset renewals, and upgrades, in alignment with health, safety, and environmental standards. ERTO plays a key role in coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with ISO-certified management systems, managing risks, optimizing asset performance, and implementing sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of operations. Additionally, ERTO oversees the safety documentation, change control processes, and ensures that all activities align with Transport Infrastructure Ireland’s (TII) goals for efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.
We are in the Dublin Tunnel Control Building on East Wall Road, Dublin 3. The position requires compliance with ethical codes, internal rules, local regulations, and health and safety rules for Egis Road and Tunnel Operation activities. This site is secure and offers parking.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT and/or OT management roles.
• Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, IT networks, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity principles.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and digital transformation projects.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.

The OT and IT Manager will lead the integration and automation of Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems with a significant focus on enhancing and automating reporting mechanisms. This role will drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and provide actionable insights by leveraging advanced technologies to streamline and optimize reporting processes across the organization. Lead the day-to-day management of the IT & OT security operations team and maintain regular communication with management, key stakeholders and sub-contractors.
This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, streamlining workflows, and optimizing technology to meet strategic objectives.
