The OT Cybersecurity Analyst will contribute to global OT supplier performance management initiatives, work in a team environment providing support to OT cybersecurity manager and analysts, track issues and business needs, and develop related process documentation to identify areas for continuous improvement. Your Impact As OT Cyber Supplier Performance Management Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Develop and perform processes to assess and confirm that suppliers meet their contractual requirements, such as service level agreements and key performance indicators. Perform supplier data analysis and provide results and actionable insights to manager. Proactively identify and communicate issues and recommend options for performance improvements minimizing risks. Provide end-user dashboard requirements that provide visibility into the delivery of cybersecurity services at manufacturing sites. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Technical Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business. Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools is a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in data analysis and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Power BI). Ability to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting results to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Non-Technical Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex datasets. Problem-solving skills to address business challenges using data-driven approaches. Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Adaptability to evolving business needs. Familiarity with cybersecurity and manufacturing/Operational technology a plus.
