As an OT/IT Expert specializing in production technology, you will operate at the intersection of Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT). You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and create value in production technology. Your work will play a critical role in seamlessly connecting OT and IT systems and driving digital.

Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system-related issues, and coordinate resolution.
  • Collaborate with end users to optimize system efficiency and usability.
  • Managing relations with vendors and stay updated on emerging technologies and their potential applications within the department.
  • Provide guidance on computer system projects, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Create, implement, and manage lifecycle documentation
  • Ensure compliance across all OT systems and associated infrastructure.
  • Support the integration and configuration of laboratory application software within the OT environment.
  • Administer computerized systems, including installation, data backup, archival, and overall data management.
  • Support in the validation and implementation of new systems, including writing and reviewing protocols and reports.
  • Support the change management process for new software implementations or updates.
  • Ensure appropriate validation activities are carried out when evaluating new or revised software.
