Date Posted: 2026-03-23 Country: China Location: LOC3294: 24-B Block A, Da'an Mansion, No 41 Youyi Road, Tianjin, Hexi District, Tianjin, China Basic Responsibilities基本职责 1. 严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定,执行公司EH&S政策,在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范,以防事故发生; 2. 对分公司改造项目进行支持,具体包括: a) 原电梯的技术状态评估; b) 根据原梯状态及现场条件推荐改造技术方案; c) 根据工厂技术要求,对原梯进行测绘及信息收集; d) 必要时配合销售人员与客户进行技术沟通; e) 与区域或总部改造技术部门对接,确保项目状态及相关信息准确传递及有效沟通; f) 配合区域或总部改造技术部门,对项目技术方案进行优化; 3. 负责分公司及合作伙伴的改造产品及现场技术培训; 4. 对竞品信息及客户需求进行收集整理; 5. 积极推进提升客户满意度的改进工作; 6. 支持分公司改造业务相关的其他事务性工作。 Qualification任职资格: Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格 1. 专科及以上学历,机电类专业优先; 2. 5年以上相关机械设计经验,3年以上行业经验; 3. 熟悉电梯行业相关标准; 4. 具有电梯特种设备操作资质; 5. 能修改绘制土建图,熟练操作Office等办公软件; 6. 具有电扶梯项目非标评审工作经验者优先; 7. 具有电扶梯工地管理工作经验者优先; 8. 具备良好的团队合作精神,积极乐观和高度的责任心,实践能力强。 Experience工作经验 1. 有五年及以上电扶梯现场安装、调试、检验经验 2. 有两年及以上的现场技术经验 Others 其他 1. 该岗位要求工作仔细认真,团队意识,沟通能力强。 2. 掌握国家相关法律法规要求 3. 了解电梯安装/改造政府验收流程等 If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
