YOUR MISSION Define and own the OT Endpoint Protection architecture and standards, aligned with OT constraints and the Purdue model Lead solution evaluations and PoCs, assessing compatibility, performance impact, and functional fit Design deployment and rollout approaches for different plant environments, including offline, air-gapped, and low-bandwidth setups Ensure integration of OT security solutions with central platforms such as Splunk, ServiceNow, Okta, and SOC processes Define and continuously improve security policies adapted to OT environments, balancing protection with operational stability Co-design and maintain the operating model (roles, processes, responsibilities) between cybersecurity, SOC, and plant teams Create and maintain runbooks and operational guidelines for incidents, maintenance, and system usage Act as the main technical point of contact between plants, OT teams, vendors, and central IT/security Drive knowledge sharing and training to ensure consistent adoption across teams Continuously improve the setup based on threat landscape, incidents, and system insights YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS Strong experience in OT security, endpoint protection, or industrial cybersecurity environments Good understanding of OT architectures and standards (e.g., Purdue model) Experience working with security tools and platforms such as SIEM, IAM, or SOC environments Background in designing and implementing security solutions in complex environments Ability to balance security requirements with operational constraints in production environments Strong stakeholder management skills, working across IT, security, and plant/engineering teams Hands-on and structured approach, with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions Experience working in international and cross-functional environments Fluent in English BENEFITS OFFERED BY OUR CLIENT High-impact role securing global manufacturing environments Opportunity to work on complex OT security challenges with real operational impact Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across IT, security, and plant operations Dynamic and international working environment Flexible setup with remote / hybrid working options Immediate start (3-month contract) with strong extension potential as part of a long-term transformation PERFECT MATCH?
