Responsibilities

We are seeking an OT Security Consultant to join our team at the earliest opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing OT strategies to protect critical infrastructure, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards through the following key tasks:

  • Develop and implement OT security architectures, including network segmentation, asset inventory gathering, secure access, and intrusion detection systems
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, define mitigation strategies in line with industry regulations and lead remediation implementation across EMEA manufacturing plants
  • Lead incident response efforts, including analysis, containment, and recovery of OT security incidents, collecting evidences and documenting actions taken
  • Evaluate the resilience of the cybersecurity controls and mitigation actions taken after a cybersecurity or data breach incident
  • Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines for OT environments according to European legislation
  • Cooperate with key personnel for reporting of security incidents according to applicable legal framework
  • Explain cyber security requirements and associated risks to technical and non-technical people from expert level to upper management
  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and local teams to align security measures with operational goals
  • Stay updated on emerging OT security trends, technologies, and compliance requirements
