In collaboration with site IT/OT teams and peers from other sectors, you will oversee all Electronics IT/OT applications, ensuring compliance with internal processes such as Data Privacy, Data Retention, Cybersecurity, and Disaster Recovery. You will own the IT/OT Service Management with sites, linking stakeholder voices to global projects aimed at enhancing IT/OT service delivery and maximizing value through integration with the IT service management framework (ServiceNow). Your interactions will extend to other core IT/OT pillars, including Portfolio Management, Architecture, and Cybersecurity, as well as corporate IT infrastructure and application teams. You will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of an IT service management framework tailored to IT/OT needs, aligned with business priorities, budget, and risk. Additionally, you will drive IT/OT inventory and CMDB programs while designing a cross-sector training strategy for IT/OT on IT Service Management and ServiceNow. Participation in cross-sector IT/OT service management Center of Excellence & Audits will be key to your success. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring transparency in IT/OT service decisions and managing external partnerships with key IT/OT service providers. This role reports to the Head of IT/OT Enablement. Who You Are Graduate degree in IT/computer science, engineering, business/economics, or a related field. Several years (ideally 5+) of experience in IT/OT. Proficient in implementing IT Service Management practices leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of leading IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL 3 or 4. Domain knowledge in manufacturing processes, machinery, and control systems. Expertise in integrating IT/OT systems into IT infrastructure. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
