JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of the Clinical Resource Team (CRT) you will have the opportunity to work across programs and across Trillium Health Partners sites. CRT staff are a vital component of ensuring uninterrupted patient care delivery by providing coverage for planned absences of inpatient OTA/PTA staff. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled, agile and adaptable with excellent time management and interprofessional skills. Within the CRT, operations and practice are supported by the Manager, Educator and the Professional Practice Leader. Click here to learn more about the Clinical Resource Team (CRT).
As an OTA/PTA you will assist the Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with direct patient care across various patient populations. You will be responsible for carrying out assigned activities, such as implementing exercise programs, facilitating activities of daily living and mobilizing patients.
