With more than 6,000 employees worldwide, the Group is founded on a digital approach centred on the consumer, a concrete long-term commitment to the creation of a sustainable, technologically driven business, and close attention to social issues through the OTB Foundation.JOB DESCRIPTION Company Name: OTB Korea Job Title : Head of Retail – DIESEL Report to : Brand General Manager Location : Seoul, Korea MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail Development • Implement the brand strategy consistently and adapt it to local market demands. • Build and expand the store network for Diesel. • Negotiate effectively with landlords on new projects, business development, and retail expansion opportunities. • Manage and negotiate lease contracts with landlords, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. • Oversee retail network projects, including new openings, relocations, extensions, and pop-up stores. Budget and Analysis Plan and align sales targets in collaboration with the Finance and Merchandising teams, driving performance achievement. Continuously analyze sales performance and key KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Report on sales, costs, and business performance in line with company standards to highlight new business opportunities and implement effective actions. Monitor market and store sales trends, reporting to the APAC office and brand HQ for potential new market development. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive summary reports for management review. CRM & Client Management Define and execute local CRM strategies aligned with the annual business plan. Monitor CRM KPIs, data capture quality, and client segmentation. Plan and execute CRM campaigns based on client segmentation, and analyze post-campaign performance. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment across all CRM initiatives. Develop client lifecycle communication strategies to enhance loyalty and conversion. Monitor and resolve outstanding customer service claims within the market. Store Operations Management Implement and continuously enhance retail excellence in alignment with HQ guidelines. Ensure all administrative procedures and reporting timelines comply with global policies. Partner closely with Retail Operations to optimize day-to-day boutique operations and service standards. People Management • Recruit, develop, and manage store staff at all levels to build a high-performing team. • Provide guidance and support to store managers in handling sensitive or complex sales and after-sales situations. • Foster an inspiring and collaborative retail culture that embodies Diesel’s brand values. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above (relevant major preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail industry, ideally within fashion or luxury retail. Strong Retail Excellence & Strategy Competency, with proven ability to translate business vision into operational execution. Deep understanding of the retail fashion market and commercial acumen. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. How to Apply?
