This is a 12-month fixed term contract position based in Windsor QLD. About the role: Manage contracts for multiple locations across Australia Monthly Invoicing, including attaching supporting documentation and ensuring they are sent or uploaded correctly Complete contract cancellations and variations Resolving contract issues as listed on reports Provide support for the internal sales tool General assistance to Branch Managers and Operational team including but not limited to: Customer Monthly Reports and Renewal Documents Resolving Accounts Payable disputes via our internal computer program Contract changes via our management software About you: Administration experience in a similar role Customer service skills (Strong service orientation) Team oriented approach Proficient MS Office Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability Professionalism and pro-activeness Excellent time management and work prioritization skills Relationship management with both employees and customers Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Self-motivated and proactive Only applicants who have a current right to work in Australia will be considered.
