What you will do As IT Business Analyst Order to Cash, you will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) toward all the Functions that have a stake in the Order to Cash related processes (sales, supply chain, finance), supporting them in defining their needs, while collaborating with all the different IT technical partners (internal/external) to deliver the most efficient digital solution to the business Key Responsibilities: Work with the Company organizations (or functions) to help them improve their processes and systems with the aim of helping the company solve existing business problems and/or better achieve their goals. Be the first IT point of reference for the Business Units for all processes in its area, in collaboration with the other IT functions, across the entire architecture. Owns the functional OTC/OTD solutioning on SAP landscape Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of new solutions and to enhance the existing ones Conduct monitoring analyses of the Sales processes to identify improvement opportunities. responsible for collecting and analyzing the Business Requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the development teams Collect BU requirements and addresses solutioning phase, granting the deliverables meets the expectations in terms of functionality Monitor development activities, acts as a facilitator in resolving blocks or problems. Within a project, manage and lead specific tasks or stream by collecting the requirements, identifying phases and elements, monitoring task/stream progress by tracking activity. Support users in project activities as well as testing new functionalities and enhancements. Interact with Order to Cash and Logistics department from HQ and local markets. Interact with other areas of IT to successfully deliver a range of solutions. Interact with the 3rd parties/suppliers and verify the proposed solutions and check the activities planning and the due dates. Participate in major incidents analysis and solutioning What you need to succeed Must have Knowledge and experience of the main sales and logistics execution process and interaction between areas Knowledge of the credit management process and functionalities Knowledge of pricing schema and functionalities Knowledge of ATP functionalities Knowledge of the logistics execution process Experience in a project to implement a vertical system in the active cycle perimeter (Sales order entry, pricing management, reporting…) Functional experience in SAP SD and LE Modules Application experience in project management, preferably in an extended environment (large number of users and companies, articulated and integrated application architecture, multi-year planning, parallel and interconnected projects) Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, or engineering, or equivalent experience Professional experience: Significant professional experience (5 + years of experience) in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; sectors with high industrial complexity, such as with an advanced and articulated information technology environment, are preferred Language: English at least at an Intermediate level, both written and spoken Soft skills Problem solving, results orientation Active listening, clear speech and writing Building strong relationships with business and stakeholders Communication skills Nice to have: Experience in integration with an external logistics provider Experience in integration on EDI project #LI-MV1 Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
