The OTC Lead will be responsible for leading the Order-to-Cash workstream for the SAP template roll-out in Egypt, ensuring the solution supports local business needs while remaining aligned to the global template. This role requires a hands-on functional lead with strong SAP OTC experience and good understanding of end-to-end sales, order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer-related processes. The resource will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and the central program team to support design validation, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness. • Lead the OTC workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-out • Validate the global template against local sales and distribution processes and business requirements • Work with business stakeholders to confirm process alignment and identify local gaps or required clarifications • Support workshops, fit-gap discussions, solution validation, and functional reviews • Drive OTC activities across testing, defect resolution, cutover preparation, go-live, and hypercare • Ensure readiness across key OTC areas including customer master, pricing, sales orders, delivery, billing, and returns where applicable • Coordinate closely with FICO, supply chain, data, reporting, and integration teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment • Support business readiness, training, and adoption for OTC processes • Track risks, issues, and dependencies within the OTC workstream and escalate where needed • Provide clear status updates on progress, key decisions, and business impacts Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP SD and/or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus. 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), including SAP SD. Minimum 2 years of experience leading SAP OTC workstreams or functional teams. Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation or global template roll-out project. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred. Must-Have Requirements • Proven hands-on SAP OTC functional lead experience in implementation or template roll-out programs • Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in SAP • Experience in sales order management, pricing, billing, customer master data, and delivery processes • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with business users • Experience supporting testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities • Ability to drive execution in a fast-paced project environment Good-to-Have Requirements • Experience in FMCG industry environments • Experience in global SAP template roll-out programs • Familiarity with trade promotions, customer rebates, or distributor-related processes • Experience coordinating with finance, supply chain, data, and integration teams • Exposure to local market requirements and business process adaptations
